Once again, we welcomed back the brilliant Carl from 'Kidz Fit', to engage all of our children in Key Stages 1 and 2 in a fantastic morning of physical activity. During these sessions, the children took part in some incredibly energetic and enjoyable activities including skipping, jumping, hula-hooping and even yoga! Throughout these activities, Carl taught us the science behind how each of the activities affected our bodies, and how they could contribute to a healthier lifestyle. As you can see from the pictures, a fabulous time was had by everyone! Everyone at Blackwell Primary would like to thank Carl for a superb morning of physical fun!
